In case anyone is interested in how easy it was:
I got a 22" x 28" Studio Decor Poster Frame from Michaels for $25 and an $8 black 24" x 36" matboard that I had them cut to 22"x28" for me.
When I finished the puzzle, I used the board and frame backing to sandwich the puzzle and flip it. Then I used clear packing tape over the entire back of the puzzle to lock it together.
Once the puzzle is taped up, you can pick it up and place it in the middle of the matboard face up. I used a small strip of cardboard cut to 1" as a guide to run around the outside and make sure it was centered as best I could. Once it was in place, I put a Pathfinder Core Rulebook in the middle to hold it down, then put a generously sized, rolled-over piece of masking tape under each corner. (The puzzle is flexible enough to lift one corner at a time).
All-in-all framing it took me about 20 minutes and $33.
